  I rang today to book my dog in for an overnight stay and was informed the price would be £42 ..... extortionate price!
  I was told that they charge per day and not per night thus the charge for 2 days.
  I've used the kennels several times over the past few years and always been pleased with the care provided, but this charge is way too excessive! Either youve changed your pricing policy or as I've always booked for several days before I've not noticed the extra days charge on each stay!
  I've used several kennels during the last 12 months and none of them charge this way. I've now booked a kennels near to where we're staying for much less than half that price, with a proviso that if we don't collect him by 10am a further days charge would apply. A fair system of charging.
  I'm not a negative reviewer but this has bugged me all day, and other customers should be aware of the charging policy. No matter how good a kennels you are I'll never use you again.
